libemos0d software package provides ECMWF Interpolation Library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemos0d
libemos0d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemos0d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemos0d *
You will get with libemos0d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
